The way we track where our customers find us tell us a lot about how our content is performing and what a buyers behaviour is really like
We have information that tells us that customers prefer to learn about products or services through content.
If we create content that shows the audience the offer, they don’t always click on that offer to buy. Ideally you would like that but that’s not always how it works.
So here is what we do. We track everything piece of content we put out so we know who is coming in to us from each platform and what piece of content on the platform they clicked on.
This is what happens. We found that out of all the people that saw content and didn’t click straight away, they remembered the domain and types it in. So over 30% of people type it in because they remember the domain from us repeatedly making the domain name seen and heard.
That means that every time you put out content you want your branding on there so that if they dont click buy straight away they know where to go when they are ready to buy.
